My wife and I needed to find and purchase a house very quickly and we expected a responsive and resourceful Realtor.
..we were not disappointed. Kiel took our suggestions and even anticipated what we would like and knocked it out of the park. We had 1 day to look at...14 houses, i believe, and he coordinated and scheduled it flawlessly so that we were able to see and pick a house, and still make it back home (4 hours away) that evening. I would highly recommend Kiel. He made sure to communicate between lenders, title companies, existing and future owners so that every detail was lined out. He was responsive and thoughtful, even after the business was all over. And at the very end, he brought us cookies and a very thoughtful house warming gift.
